Arms
Place a chair touching its back with the wall. Sit on the edge of the chair with your feet together on the floor. Place your hands on the seat. Place both hands on either side of thighs. Bend your elbows 90 degrees. Lower your body towards the floor. Then, straighten your arms, and push your body upwards. Then back to the position. Do these sitting push ups 8 times a day.
Thighs
Lie back on the mat. Place your arms by your sides and your palms facing down. Begin with your left foot. Pick it up and bring it in a position where the toe is pointing towards the roof. Rotate your leg slightly outward. Make a circle on the ceiling with your left leg, moving your whole leg, but keeping your body still and on the floor. Make the circle on the ceiling 5 times in a clockwise direction. Repeat in a counter-clockwise direction. Switch legs, giving each leg 3 turns. Repeat this movement 3 times in each turn.
Double Chin
Open your mouth wide. Pull your bottom lip tight over your bottom teeth. Look up on the roof and imagine an apple hanging from the ceiling. Act as if you have to eat it by biting it while it’s hanging. Move your lower jaw up and down.
