Weight Loss Diet
Isn’t it difficult to follow a weight loss diet accurately? The first week goes well but then the graph falls down and you are back to the normal eating routine. The parties and hangouts stop a person from entering into the dieting mode for long periods. Most of the people don’t want to miss any chance of enjoying with their much loved desires, in which eating tops most lists. Person dieting doesn’t want to miss enjoying yummy foods for a whole month. What if a weight loss diet does not attack on the social part of your life? It will give you space to party and chew what you like once in a week.
Some food is best to have in the morning for a kick start. Some food items are good for the mid day to charge you up till evening, and then some food is great for keeping your stomach peaceful and filled from sunset to sunrise. Fit in the following items in the particular parts of your day as suggested. Sunday is an off for you. A refresher for Monday!
Pair any one of them every day with a glass of skim milk or coffee, tea without sugar.
- A bowl of mixed fruits
- A bowl of Papaya
- Wholegrain Cereals
- Low fat yogurt
- Omelet of vegetables topped with cheese
- Two boiled eggs
- Peanut butter on a whole wheat slice
Have the following with some raw vegetables. Have a cucumber or a carrot first.
- Ice berg salad with chicken pieces and olives
- Steamed fish sandwiched in whole wheat slices
- Hot soup of vegetables and chicken
- A piece of grilled chicken with lemon
- Typical salad of tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and lemon
- Any of the pulses, grams or beans, boiled in water with some spices
- Brown rice with a steamed chicken piece
- Boiled spinach with some nuts
- Mushroom and tomato soup
- A fillet of roasted fish
- Pie of lentils, carrot and corn, crowned with mashed potato topping
- Green tea
- Fresh watermelon juice
- Fresh orange juice
- Coconut Water (speeds up metabolism)
- Blueberries, orange and cranberry juice
- Banana and strawberry juice (in a blender without any dairy product)
Feeling better after seeing variations in diet food? You need to plan a day before what you would like to have in the meals and then enjoy your diet. Just keep in mind that when you will have these food items in the three meals, then you can’t munch anything in between the meals. Have a party with your friends on Sunday. Have anything that you missed all through the week. This break will save you from frustration and mood swings. It doesn’t mean that you eat heavy food all day long. You can eat what you wish to, in any one meal.
Have cold water all day. Increase your intake of water to make it the best weight loss diet. When you will stick to this diet, you will never feel bored of dieting. This weight loss diet will addict you because it is not unfair with your taste buds. It gives them all the tastes!
